A strength-focused day retreat led by Emma and Tory, our Pilates teachers, designed around mindful movement to support our health and wellbeing.
Begin with an energising Pilates session by Tory to build strength and stability, followed by a nourishing plant-based brunch by our resident yogi-chef Robert and refreshing nature walk. The afternoon includes a strength-led slow flow yoga session by Emma with live guitar music by Archie, finishing with deeply restorative Yoga Nidra. Suitable for mixed abilities, this is a supportive space to move with intention, build strength, and reset.
