REVIVE : A Yoga Day Retreat (Full Payment)

A full day of yoga and wellness in nature, designed to rejuvenate and refresh you! Our day start with an energising morning yoga flow in the stunning Big Barn at Turley Farm. Followed by some healthy snacks and a mindful walk in the stunning countryside near the farm. We will have a nourishing & delicious plant-based lunch together, followed by a creative mindfulness workshop by Karine Gazarian, a neuroscientist and art facilitator. We will finish our day with a slow flow and restorative practice, followed by refreshments before we go home. This day retreat is suitable for all levels and abilities. £130pp, all inclusive. You can pay in full or pay £65 now to secure your space. The 2nd instalment will be due June 10th.
