Fundamentals of Balance is a timely workshop which is going to be taught by Rhi. During this 90 minute workshop, we will explore the balance between movement and stillness, as well as strength and surrender. The energetic first part of the session will transition to a deeply relaxing and grounding Yoga Nidra (a guided restful practice done lying down).
This experience is designed to be a joyful and fun workshop to allow us to delve a little deeper into asanas (postures) that test our control, depth and awareness ~ on and off the mat.
